Groundbreaking held for 65-unit workforce housing project in downtown Viroqua

Northpointe Development Corporation, city of Viroqua officials, Gov. Tony Evers and others celebrated an affordable, mixed-use housing development on Main Street with a groundbreaking ceremony, Thursday, May 23.
