Mayfair restaurant launches £48 hot dog (topped with lobster and caviar), that comes without chips - so what would YOU pay for it?

The pop-up is currently at 45 Park Lane,  part of the Dorchester Group and is a collaboration between the hotel's Elliot Grover, who cooked at this year's Oscars and is working with Sandia Chang.
