PHOTOS: Thousand’s of American Flags are placed at CT State Veterans Cemetery

Volunteers placed about 12,700 American Flags at headstones at the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown on Saturday, May 25, 2024. The Memorial Day Ceremonies will be held at the Cemetery on May 27th at 2:00pm. The retrieval of the flags will be on Saturday, June 1, 2024, weather permitting.
