Gary Lucy takes a cryptic swipe at ex Laura Anderson as former exes go to war over social media
GARY Lucy has taken a cryptic swipe at his ex Laura Anderson after an ongoing war over social media.
Laura and Gary, who met on Celebs Go Dating in 2022, welcomed their daughter, Bonnie, into the world in September 2023.
Love Island star Laura recently slammed Gary for “not supporting or seeing” their child.
She posted a snap holding Bonnie up by her hands on her nursery floor, with Bonnie standing up for a few seconds before falling down as the song You Are The Reason by Calum Scott and Leona Lewis was playing the background.
In the caption, Laura heavily suggests that Gary had cut contact with them.
“How anyone could go without seeing or supporting their child is beyond me,” she wrote. “I love you Bonnie Rose.”
Gary has since taken to Instagram to repost a quote that read: “When you discover your self-worth, you lose interest in anyone who doesn’t see it.”
The Hollyoaks actor was also accused of allegedly not paying for their baby daughter’s “food or nappies.”
Laura posted a video where she shaded her ex for his alleged lack of effort towards their seven-month-old.
In reply to one fan, the former air hostess wrote: “Why do guys get away with whatever they want it’s mental. Imagine I didn’t pay for Bonnie’s food, nappies, clothes etc etc etc etc etc.”
Suggesting she will expose his actions she said: “I just think people should be held accountable for their actions for once in their lives and I wouldn’t be my true self if I sat back any longer and took all the crap, it’s very damaging. Only love x”
Alongside another comment she then put: “I did everything I could do to make my family work, fool me.
“There’s no cryptic posts anymore I’m fed up hiding the truth.
“Is what it is.”
Laura and Gary initially separated while Laura was pregnant with Bonnie, but attempted to reconcile after their daughter’s birth. However, they split again shortly after.
Although the breakup initially appeared amicable, Laura had posted a series of cryptic messages about her ex.
The situation erupted into conflict after Laura’s threat to expose Gary.
