Court convicts activist Medha Patkar in defamation case filed by Delhi LG V K Saxena

Medha Patkar, the leader of Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA), was convicted in a defamation case filed against her by V K Saxena, the current lieutenant governor of Delhi. Metropolitan Magistrate Raghav Sharma ruled that Patkar was guilty of criminal defamation.
