Commonwealth Games Village designated as strong room, Delhi Police issues traffic advisory for area

The Delhi Police has issued a traffic advisory for Friday around the Commonwealth Games Village, designated as a strong room-cum-counting centre for the Lok Sabha elections. From 9 am to 5 pm, heavy traffic is expected due to election duties. Commuters from Sarai Kale Khan/MGM to NH-24 should use Akshardham flyover and Pusta Road. Those from ITO or Pusta Road should take a U-turn at Akshardham flyover to NH-24. Travelers to ISBTs, railway stations, or airports should plan ahead for potential delays.
