PM Modi attacked the Haryana Congress on the issue of corruption, saying its past chief ministers would not look beyond the welfare of their home district. "There is no region of the state where the game of looting the people was not played. They would make people sell their land for jobs. An open industry of transfers and postings used to run in the state," Modi alleged.
