Police investigating crash near Exit 23 on I-87 North

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A crash has blocked all lanes on the thruway, northbound after exit 23 in Albany. Drivers in the area are advised to seek alternate routes.

A tractor-trailer is on its side across all lanes. New York State Police say Exit 23 to Exit 24 in Albany will remain closed for an investigation.
