Brad Pitt Wins Latest Legal Battle with Angeline Jolie, She Must Turn Over Years Worth of NDAs

Brad Pitt just got a win in his legal battle with ex Angelina Jolie over their Miraval winery.

The 48-year-old actress was ordered by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to turn over several years worth of NDAs that she has signed, according to Page Six.

The ruling says that Angelina must “produce” in the next month “all non-privileged documents in her possession, custody, or control that are responsive to,” which was a request from Brad‘s side of the legal battle.

Back in April, Angelina tried to have the request thrown out, calling it “expensive,” “wasteful,” “unreasonable” and even “abusive”.

The judge has also stated that Angelina‘s side has to “provide a list of any documents she deems as privileged in the case, so that Pitt’s team can ‘evaluate the merits of Jolie’s assertions of privilege.’”

Brad and Angelina have been in a years-long legal battle over their French winery, after she has attempted to sell her share in the company.

Earlier this month, one of Angelina‘s former security guards made some allegations about her and addressed her use of NDAs.
