Rangers RHP Dane Dunning returns from IL, set for start

The Texas Rangers reinstated right-hander Dane Dunning from the 15-day injured list Wednesday and named him their starter for Wednesday night's game at Philadelphia.

In a corresponding move, the Rangers optioned RHP Cole Winn to Triple-A Round Rock.
