UCF’s Black Friday showdown with Utah gets primetime TV spot

The game is the first meeting between the two programs and is the second time the Knights have been featured on FOX.

UCF‘s regular-season football finale against Utah on Friday, Nov. 29, will air on FOX at 8 p.m.

The game, which takes place on Black Friday, is the first meeting between the two football programs and is the second time the Knights have been featured on FOX. The first was last season’s game at Kansas.

Utah is playing its first season in the Big 12 after 13 seasons in the Pac-12, where the Utes captured back-to-back conference titles in 2021-22. Utah travels to the Sunshine State for the second time in the past three seasons, with the Utes previously facing Florida at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium on Sept. 3, 2022.

UCF opens the season by hosting New Hampshire State (Aug. 29) and Sam Houston (Sept. 7) at FBC Mortgage Stadium. It’s the second straight season in which the Knights wrap up the regular season in Orlando.

Kickoff times for the season’s first three games will be announced this summer.

The Big 12 will release the remainder of its schedule throughout the fall on a 12-or six-day turnaround.
