Woman shot and killed in SE Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - A woman was shot and killed in southeast Oklahoma City Tuesday night, according to police.

Officers responded to the area of SE 59th St. and Sunnylane Rd. around 11 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found a woman who appeared to have been shot.

"When they arrived, an adult female victim was located with apparent gunshot wounds." said Sgt. Rob Robertson with OKCPD. "She was immediately transported to an area hospital where unfortunately she succumbed to her injuries."

Police say there are currently no suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact OKCPD.
