Big Brother star Lisa Appleton looks like she hasn’t aged a day as she dances in a gold bikini
IT has been 15 years since she burst onto Big Brother and now aged 56, Lisa Appleton has hardly aged a day.
The former body builder made history back in 2008 when she and now ex-husband Mario Macone were the first couple to enter the house.
Stripped down to a shiny gold bikini and wiggling around for the camera, Lisa showed off her toned physique that far belies her advancing years.
In the caption she wrote: “Happy 56th birthday to me, embrace, enjoy, be who you are and that way you’re free.”
A number of her followers rushed in with their compliments.
One wrote: “Omigod you look insane girl. Happy birthday to you.”
Another said: “Happy birthday beautiful, you look amazing wow.”
Meanwhile another person said: “You look insane girl, 56 has neer looked hotter.”
After finding fame on Big Brother, the former housemate was known for her shameless antics and later became a firm fixture on the party circuit after she left the house.
However the TV personality struggled in the spotlight and even endured a period of homelessness after she failed to find employment.
In 2013, she split from her husband Mario, which sparked a spiral of depression and comfort eating- supposedly suffering an addiction to pork sausages which saw her eating up to 50 bangers a day.
But it hasn’t all been a tale of woe, Lisa has enjoyed some media work as the co-host on the Miami Fox streaming true crime docuseries, Hollywood Files.
She also has a successful OnlyFans platform, teasing her private collection of photos and videos to her loyal fanbase.
During COVID she was photographed in a high vis jacket working as an amazon delivery driver to make ends meet.
But the job only last a few weeks due to the misery of being out and about in the rain and the challenge of absent customers.
Lisa shot to fame on Big Brother 9, when she entered the infamous house with then-boyfriend Mario.
The pair were the first couple in the show’s history to get engaged in the house, before tying the knot on Channel 4 series The Wedding House.
But in 2013 they called time on their eight-and-a-half year romance, with Lisa claiming that they’d been “unhappy for a while.”
