Top Russian general 'Spartacus' who mocked Vladimir Putin arrested 'for large scale fraud'

Major General Ivan Popov, 49, who was well-respected and hailed as a hero by his soldiers, was in charge of the 58th army - but is now being held on "bogus fraud charges"
