Quirky Kate Middleton portrait appears on Tatler's July cover to honour the royal's 'strength and dignity'

The cover of the British society bible's July issue is dominated by the painting, which was inspired by the mother-of-three's first state banquet of the King's reign and created by artist Hannah Uzor.
