Warning over trains on new Levenmouth line in Fife after Scottish Borders opening fiasco

The Scotsman - ScotRail has been warned it would be unforgiveable if trains on the new Levenmouth line in Fife are insufficient to cope with passenger demand following overcrowding when the Borders Railway re-opened in 2015.
