India stands by people of Iran in this time of tragedy: Jaishankar on death of President Raisi

India's External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, expressed shock over the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in a helicopter crash in northwestern Iran. He expressed condolences to their families and stood with the people of Iran during the tragedy. Raisi and his entourage were returning from a visit to the Azerbaijan-Iran border.
