BJP, BJD in cahoots with each other: Congress

Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of a "marriage" with the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJD) and questioned his party's association with the ruling BJD. Ramesh questioned why the Mahanadi and Kathajodi rivers have been poisoned under Modi Sarkar's rule and why the poorest in Odisha are being exploited through the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
