State threatens action over lead-based paint concerns at Freedom's Path at Fort Harrison

The state of Montana has sent a letter to a partnership that runs veterans housing at Freedom’s Path at Fort Harrison, stating it will halt payments unless it corrects issues with lead-based paint.
