California UPS Driver Fatally Shot, Alleged Gunman Arrested

California UPS driver Expedito Cuesta De Leon, 50, was shot and killed in Irvine. Suspect Rhean Fontanoza, 46, another UPS employee, was arrested after a standoff. UPS is aiding the investigation and offered condolences.
