Had CM not been busy, Swati Maliwal might have accused Kejriwal instead of Bibhav Kumar, claims Atishi

AAP leader Atishi claimed that Swati Maliwal, facing charges and potential arrest in an illegal recruitment case registered by the ACB, has been made the face of a conspiracy by the BJP. Atishi added that if CM Kejriwal had not been busy during Maliwal's visit, she might have accused him instead of Bibhav Kumar in the assault case.
