Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety,” his attorney Brian Bieber said in a statement.

TMZ reports that this is a “standard offer to a non-violent defendant with no priors.”

Back in March, Brendan was arrested at the Miami Dade International airport on felony possession charges, “by Miami-Dade police working alongside Homeland Security agents, who raided Combs‘ two homes around the same time that day. ”

The former Syracuse University basketball player was previously named in a civil sexual assault lawsuit by Diddy‘s former producer and videographer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who said Brendan was Diddy‘s “mule” who acquires and distributes his drugs and guns.

In April, his charge for marijuana-laced candy was dropped, and Brendan was just charged with felony cocaine possession.

A hearing for TODAY (May 17) was set previously, but was canceled after taking the plea deal.

Also earlier today, hotel security footage was released that appears to show Diddy assaulting ex Cassie, supporting her claims of physical abuse. Her lawsuit against him was quickly settled out of court shortly after it was filed.
