Suspect arrested in Thursday night Troy stabbing

A Troy man was arrested after a stabbing in Troy near 4th Street and State Street Thursday night. Darrell Carson, 46, faces multiple charges.

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Troy man was arrested after a stabbing in Troy near 4th Street and State Street Thursday night. Darrell Carson, 46, faces multiple charges.

Police say they responded around 10:50 p.m. and found a man in the area who was stabbed in the abdomen. They say he suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The stabbing resulted from a dispute.

Charges:

• Second-degree assault
• Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon

Police say Carson and the victim are known to each other.
