MSDE firms up strategy for trainers’ development; proposes blending of digital and classroom learning

The strategy, developed by the Future Right Skills Network (FRSN), lays out a blueprint to improve the efficiency of existing trainers through recognition, performance evaluation, motivation, and up-skilling and will be validated in different Indian states.
