Biden campaign set to double down on Black voter outreach with visits to Georgia and Detroit this weekend

This weekend the Biden campaign plans to visit Black voters in Georgia, give the commencement speech at Morehouse College, speak to the Detroit NAACP and meet with Black small business owners in Michigan.
