Most people can find the first 2 snakes, but you have 20/20 vision if you can spot all 3 in under a minute

IF you can find all three snakes hidden in the nature scene, your vision may be better than most.

The first two are easy to spot, according to some, but locating the third in less than a minute is the real challenge.

Reddit user Roseycheekies took a photo of the snakes while doing fieldwork at Boxcar Rocks, a tourist attraction in Jonestown, Pennsylvania.

They shared the image in a post on the social media platform and challenged viewers to locate all of the venomous serpents.

“Find the three copperheads,” they wrote in the caption.

They admitted that they had “no idea” that there was a third copperhead not too far away from them until they looked at the photo.

The sneaky snake turned the scenic snapshot into a brainteaser.

It’s apparent that there are two snakes, but can you see a third?

Copperhead snakes are common in North America and are also the most likely to bite humans, according to Live Science.

However, their venom is mild and rarely fatal in humans. They also usually grow to about two to three feet long, but that doesn’t make them easier to see.

Do you think you can find all three in under a minute?

Set your timer for 60 seconds and test your buzzworthy skills.

If it took you longer than the time above, don’t worry because we won’t keep you in suspense any longer.

The answer is directly below and all three hiding spots are circled in red.

The first two snakes are near the stone block and the third is toward the bottom of the visual in the middle.

If you found all of them in the time allotted, you may have 20/20 vision.

There are many other brainteasers like this to test your critical thinking skills.

Reddit user BonnieMcMurray shared an image that, at first glance, looks like a pile of dry leaves in the woods, but something else is underneath the surface.

To take the photo from above, they must have been very careful to avoid the snake’s venomous bite.

Can you spot the copperhead snake hidden in the forest?

Within the bland scene, the reptile blends in well — almost too well.

If you can spot it in less than 20 seconds, then you might have a sharper set of eyes than most Redditors.

Set your timer now for 20 seconds and see how quickly you can find it.

If it took you longer than the time above to catch a glimpse of it, don’t worry.

The answer is circled directly above in bright red.

The copperhead snake is right in the center of the photo.

“Almost gave up. Look for the single light-colored leaf closest to dead center, to the immediate lower left,” one Reddit user suggested.

Benefits of brainteasers and optical illusions

Researchers have developed many tests to show how various brain regions react to brainteasers and optical illusions. There are many benefits.

  • They are not only entertaining, but they also shed light on how our brains interpret visual data.
  • By giving your brain a little workout regularly, you enhance your ability to focus and observe details.
  • Studies have shown people who regularly challenge themselves with optical illusions and puzzles see big improvements in their problem-solving skills, concentration, and attention.
  • Improved concentration and attention span can help prevent cognitive decline in old age.
  • Optical illusions can improve eyesight by allowing you to see small print.
