A TIKTOKER bragged “I’m a bad girl” after knifing a man to death when he let her Pomeranian escape, a court heard.
Winter Swan-Miller, 37, claimed she had “no choice” but to kill 62-year-old Stuart Crocker when pet Oblivion got out and was stolen.

Swan-Miller also boasted about how she had “been a bad girl” and said “I don’t feel like I’ve done a bad thing at all” in TikTok videos shared after Stuart’s death.
Winchester Crown Court heard she hoped to achieve “fame and notoriety” by posting about the murder online.
Nicola Shannon KC, prosecuting, said Stuart was stabbed to death at the home he shared with Swan-Miller on June 28 last year.
She allegedly knifed him 26 times five days earlier after he let the dog escape from their home.
Oblivion was stolen but had returned to Ms Swan-Miller by June 21, according to a video on her TikTok account.
After the alleged murder, Swan-Miller popped out for a sausage and egg McMuffin meal from McDonald’s before fleeing to Birmingham.
The alarm was raised when a neighbour reported a foul smell that he compared to a “damp carpet”, it was said.
When police arrived, they found Stuart lying under a white blanket with the TV playing and a fan placed behind his head.
Swan-Miller had allegedly left chilling notes around his body which she said were a “trail left for pigs” to follow.
In one TikTok video posted after the killing, she said: “Taking my dog from me, the only thing in the entire world that I’ve got.
“I did do what I did and I did it because I had no choice. They took away the only thing in my life that I have got, and that’s my dog Oblivion.”
She added: “You took away my dog, you all did this.”
In another, Swan-Miller said: “I swore if anyone hurt my dog I would never let it go.
“I did it as a f***ing statement my morals let me do it.”
Swan-Miller denies murder and two counts of fraud.
Edward Jones, 44, who is accused of letting her stay with him in Birmingham, has pleaded not guilty to assisting an offender and to one count of fraud.
The trial, due to last five weeks, continues.
