Swati Maliwal reaches Tis Hazari court to record statement before magistrate in assault case under Section 164

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal visited Tis Hazari Court in Delhi to record a statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure following an assault complaint against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar. An FIR was filed naming Bibhav Kumar, and police are investigating with CCTV footage scrutiny and NCW involvement. BJP criticised Kejriwal's leadership on women's security.
