He announced that Microsoft was going to invest $3 billion of its own money to build a huge AI data center where Foxconn was supposed to be. pIt was such a big deal that former Republican Wisconsin lawmakers and even Fox News admitted that this was a big win for the people of Wisconsin and for Biden. /p
