A man from Pune ordered a ‘Paneer Biryani’ from a restaurant via Zomato and found chicken pieces in it. Though he got a refund of his money he said the incident has hurt his ‘religious sentiments’. As the post went viral, Zomato also responded to it.

The man named Yash Gade, posted this incident on X and wrote, ‘’I ordered paneer biryani from pk biryani house karve nagar pune maharashtra and I found a chicken piece in it(I am a vegetarian) I already got refund but this os still a sin since I am a religious person and it has hurt my religious sentiments.’’

One user advised him to order from a veg restaurant only and replied , “I understand that a vegetarian should order directly from a Pure Vegetarian restaurant only. What value addition these Zomato Swiggy is doing, only god knows. Besides people keep complaining about wrong orders and worst Veg order adulterated with NonVeg.’’

Why order from a restaurant that serves nonvegetarian food also if you are a vegetarian there are always chances of the food being cooked in same cookware .
