Cavani on target but Boca held by Fortaleza in Copa Sudamericana

BUENOS AIRES, May 16 (Xinhua) -- Edinson Cavani continued his prolific scoring run as Boca Juniors drew 1-1 at home to Fortaleza in their Copa Sudamericana Group D clash on Wednesday.

Cavani put the hosts ahead just after halftime at La Bombonera in Buenos Aires with a close-range effort following Lautaro Blanco's cross. The 37-year-old Uruguayan striker has now scored 11 times in 16 matches for Boca this year.<
