Kabulov's Delhi Trip: India and Russia discuss Kabul engagement, ISIS threat

India and Russia held talks on dealing with the Taliban in Kabul, upcoming UN meetings on Afghanistan, and combating terrorism originating from the Af-Pak and Eurasia regions. They discussed the Taliban's engagement, ISIS/Daesh threats, narcotics trafficking, and the need to prevent a vacuum in Kabul that could lead to ISIS rule. Both countries want to cooperate with the Taliban, although they haven't recognized them officially.
