PM Modi begins roadshow in Mumbai, huge crowd greets him
Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off a grand campaign roadshow in Mumbai to rally support for BJP candidates in the Lok Sabha polls. The roadshow started from Ashok Silk Mills in Ghatkopar (West) and will end at Prashavnath Chowk in Ghatkopar (East), passing through various locations. Thousands of enthusiastic supporters lined the route, waving BJP flags and chanting slogans. People dressed in traditional attire welcomed Modi, thanking him for fulfilling the dream of a grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis, and BJP candidates Mihir Kotecha and Ujjwal Nikam were also present.
