Bridgerton’s sexiest moments ranked – from library romp to artist orgy and bathtub debauchery
FOR Netflix fans, a new series of Bridgerton is on the horizon, and that means one thing … even more passion!
The popular period drama is known for its more than satisfying moments as well as classical covers of modern hits, but it’s not short of scenes of both a saucy and an extremely steamy nature.
Series three will also feature more steamy moments in the nude[/caption]The first series saw the romance develop between Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and the Duke Of Hastings (Rege-Jean Page)
It’s follow-up dazzled viewers as it centered around the viscount, Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) and Kate Sharma (Simone Ashley).
So far, the group have left fans of The Ton very hot under the collar away from the cutting remarks of Lady Whistledown.
This time, Derry Girls star Nicola Coughlan, 37, and Luke Newton, 31, lead the way of the next Netflix instalment and fans can look forward to even more nude action.
According to those who have had a sneak peak at the upcoming episodes, viewers can expect to be treated to lesbian love action, threesomes and even an oral sex scene.
And it seems all of the leading actors have been involved in steamy scenes both inside and outside the bedroom.
At the very start of the premiere episode, viewers were treated to a graphic scene as Daphne (Dynevor) was rushing to get ready for her debut into society.
However, her brother Anthony (Bailey) was nowhere to be seen as he was busy sowing his wild oats with Siena, one of his many mistresses.
When the camera eventually showed his location, viewers could see a glimpse of his naked buttocks, and arguably a glimpse of the future direction of the show.
Even at the start of the second series, he was shown in several nude scenes in the first episode as bosses tried to emphasise his rakish reputation.
Later on in the series, he eventually developed a relationship with Kate (Ashley) which involved several steamy dream-like sequences.
Initially, both characters wanted what they initially could not have, as Anthony chose duty to his family.
Kate’s younger sister Edwina (Charithra Chandran) looked set for marriage to the viscount, helped by the patronage of Lady Danbury (Adjoa Andoh).
However, that didn’t stop the pair from hooking up together in scenes that could only likened to the the equivalent of what is a steam room on screen.
Back onto series one, Daphne made her debut into society, but she wasted no time in getting to know the eligible bachelors of The Ton after impressing The Queen (Golda Rosheuvel).
She met The Duke Of Hastings (Jean-Page) at one of the many balls, and although they concocted a plan to enter into a fake courtship, the attraction between the pair was practically instant.
So much so that Daphne dreamt about the duke several times, including after an encounter when he encouraged the season’s diamond to explore ‘self love’.
That was only the beginning for the pair as it seems the actors would have definitely needed an intimacy coach when filming the scenes of the consummation of their marriage.
As the romantic violin played in the background that we know have grown to love, Daphne was busy with her moaning and groaning.
This virginity of the new duchess was taken in the intimate setting of a remote inn over candlelight in episode five.
The very next episode saw the pair explore their sexualities further in the Duke’s ancestral seat, Clyvedon.
They soon opted to skip the introduction of the household servants to immediately begin their sex-filled honeymoon.
Starting as they meant to go on, the library scenes were the first time Dynevor and Jean Page filmed together.
It was quite the introduction as it could also be described the steamiest montage to ever grace Netflix screens.
Their marriage rocky in the early stages after Daphne discovered that she was lied too because of a vowel the Duke made to his estranged father on his deathbed.
However they did eventually get back together and the make up sex was as passionate as can be.
Not forgetting their younger brother Benedict (Luke Thompson) who entered into a steamy fling with the seamstress Madame Delacroix.
However, in once instance when they tried to take the action upstairs to the bedroom he walked in on two men passionately kissing in the ‘artists salon’.
Although he made startling eye contact with his friend who was one of the men, it wasn’t long before he collected his thoughts once Madame Delacroix (Kathryn Drysdale) and a lady friend invited him to play.
We cannot forget the spin-off Queen Charlotte either which tells the story about her troubled relationship to King George (Corey Mylchreest).
When Her Majesty (India Amarteifio) to conceive, the pair tried to formulate a plan to have a baby which included so called ‘even days’.
One of those days encompassed a ‘cleaning’ in a large golden bathtub as the pair tried to develop their golden child.
The result is that viewers certainly felt the boiling temperature of the bathtub waters.
Fans of the hit streaming series should brace themselves because there is even more on the way.
The third series will centre around Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington (played by Luke Newton & Nicola Coughlan respectively)[/caption] In what has been described by some as the steamiest montage on Netflix, was actually the first day of filming for the stars[/caption] Queen Charlotte was also full of steamy scenes such, especially involving a certain bathtub[/caption] An innocent Benedict got more than he bargained for when he walked in on his art pals[/caption] Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) wanted what he couldn’t have as he dreamed about Kate Sharma (Simone Ashley)[/caption]
