VOORHEESVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- About 18 months ago, Dylan Longton gained a following on TikTok by posting and live-streaming his job as a breakfast cook at the Windowbox Cafe in Slingerlands. That's how the Pretty Alright Breakfast Club began.

"My TikTok was blowing up as a breakfast cook," said Longton. "It was pretty cool. It gave me more ambition to do things on my own."

Now with 184K followers on TikTok and millions of views, Longton is opening up a cafe in the former Gracie's Kitchen space at 39 Voorheesville Avenue in Voorheesville. Longton said he had no plans to open up a cafe but when his time at Windowbox ended abruptly, the opportunity arose.

Longton said his followers would travel to visit him at the Windowbox Cafe, watch him cook live, and eat his food. Now he's excited to have a "mothership" for the Pretty Alright Breakfast Club in Voorheesville, his hometown.

"The support from the local community and TikTok has been unreal," said Longton.

The Pretty Alright Breakfast Club will serve all the classic breakfast and lunch staples, as well as ice cream. Longton is best known for his Irish Benedict Bowl which includes a chopped English muffin, home fries, cheddar cheese, corned beef hash, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce.

Before he opens, Longton is working to create a more open space between the kitchen and dining room, as well as decorating the eatery. "It's going to be cute," said Longton, with the decorations reflecting his love for traveling and the positivity of his cooking.

Longton is planning to open up the Pretty Alright Breakfast Club around June 13. The cafe will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day.
