1. First responders rescue missing person from Hudson River

Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to a missing person call Tuesday morning. That response quickly shifted when authorities located and rescued that person from the Hudson River. 

2. Man convicted in 2014 Colombian homicide found in Pittsfield

A man convicted of homicide in the nation of Colombia 10 years ago was in the Capital Region. Federal agents said Efrain Vidales Vargas had been living in Pittsfield.

3. Construction underway on Saratoga County Airport improvement project

Plans to upgrade the Saratoga County Airport are taking a step forward. State and local leaders said construction has started on a new terminal and aircraft hangar.
