Pep Guardiola caught in ‘Joachim Low-like’ act as Man City boss ‘gets a bit too excited’ at Tottenham
PEP GUARDIOLA stunned fans with his behaviour during Manchester City’s win at Tottenham.
The treble winners had endured a tense first half in North London before Erling Haaland broke the deadlock.
Haaland eased his side’s nerves six minutes into the second half by tapping home from close range.
He added a second from the penalty spot in stoppage time as City moved to the top of the Premier League.
However, just seconds into the second half, Guardiola shocked fans whilst sat in the dugout.
The City boss could be seen with his hand on his groin after the TV cameras panned to his technical area.
Footage of his behaviour soon went viral on social media as fans reacted to the incident.
Some even compared his behaviour to that of former Germany manager Joachim Low.
One supporter wrote: “I’m in tears.”
Another added: “Got a little too excited.”

A third fan also commented: “Joachim Low behaviour.”
Meanwhile, one more agreed as they said: “Joachim Low.”
Low became notorious for his ‘scratch and sniff’ touchline antics at Major tournaments.
He was even spotted appearing to pick his nose against England at the Euros in 2021.
City’s victory on Tuesday sees the reigning champions enter the final day two points clear at the top of the Premier League.
Guardiola’s side will seal a record-breaking fourth consecutive league title by beating West Ham on Sunday.
Meanwhile, title rivals Arsenal will host Everton at the Emirates Stadium on the final day.
