Steam players can grab excellent 9/10 game for next to nothing – 80% off
STEAM players can’t get enough deals on some of the best PC games, and a special promotion is slashing the price of an excellent indie title.
The award-winning game is available at 80% off for a limited time, the lowest-ever price for the 9/10 title.
Gris, from Spanish developer Nomada Studio, tells the story of a girl who deals with loss and sorrow.
Her emotional world is reflected in her dress, which changes to give Gris more abilities and reveal new paths to explore.
The gorgeous game came out at the end of 2018 and has been praised for its stylish visuals and atmospheric gameplay.
With almost no words, Gris manages to tell a powerful story about overcoming depression.
Each area you explore is based on the five stages of grief, and the developers consulted a psychologist to properly convey the character’s emotions through gameplay.
Rated 83/100 on review aggregator Metacritic, with a matching 8.3 user score, Gris is a must-play platforming adventure.
Right now, Steam players can grab the PC version of the game for just £2.55 / $2.99, at 80% off its regular price of £14.49 / $14.99.
The game often goes on sale, but the ongoing deal has slashed its price to an all-time low.
Steam players have until May 23, 2024, at 5pm UK Time / 12 pm ET, to snatch this deal, as the game will then revert to its usual price.
If you’re looking for more gaming deals, check out the new free games coming to Game Pass later in May.
