Fugitive Colombian killer was let loose into US after escaping prison and crossing border illegally

The 49-year-old, who US officials didn't name, was arrested in Bucaramanga, Colombia back in 2014 and slapped with aggravated homicide, aggravated theft and unlawful possession of a weapon charges.
