'Trouble at the family dinner table': Trump Jr. laughs at Stormy Daniels' blackout account
Donald Trump Jr. mocked Stormy Daniels on his latest episode of "Triggered" — and in particular swatted aside testimony that she felt "blacked out" when the adult film star said she and his father were sexually involved.
Trump Jr. shared with viewers Monday a two-minute riff on Daniels, whose testimony in his father's criminal hush money trial last week earned praise for consistency and legal prowess from analysts and reporters in the courtroom, by pointing to recent commentary from one liberal political commentator.
"Bill Maher, of all people, did some investigative reporting this weekend," Trump Jr. said. "He showed how Stormy Daniels, her story has changed rather dramatically over the years. In other words, she lied on the witness stand."
Daniels testified in court that she was paid to keep quiet about the affair she said she had with Trump in 2006 as an explanation for subsequent denials during Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and his first years in office.

Trump stands accused of falsifying business records to hide hush money he paid Daniels. He pleaded not guilty to charges and denies the affair.
Trump Jr. played a clip of Daniels telling Maher in 2018, "I wasn't assaulted, I wasn't attacked or raped or coerced or blackmailed."
Maher's commentary questioning Daniels' account spurred laughter from Trump Jr.
"Listen, there's so much commentary I could give to that comment right now, but that's just gonna get me in trouble at, like, the family dinner table," he said. "But, like, there's so much I could say about that."
Daniels maintained in court that she was not assaulted or directly forced to do what she did, but felt a power imbalance that made her feel unsure she could refuse Trump's advances.
Her testimony reportedly caused a number of women who are claiming assault or rape at Trump's hands to get in communication with each other.
The former president blurted out curses during Daniels' testimony earlier in the trial, which prompted Judge Juan Merchan to order defense attorney Todd Blanche to get ahold of his client.
