Section of Baltimore bridge brought down in controlled explosion

Crews in Baltimore carried out a controlled demolition of a section of the Francis Scott Key Bridge that was sitting atop the container ship that rammed the bridge in March. Maryland's governor says the Port of Baltimore is close to fully reopening. NBC News' George Solis reports.
