Uber to buy Delivery Hero's Foodpanda in Taiwan for $950M. Delivery Hero will issue another 8.42 million shares, which Uber has agreed to purchase for $300 million. Following the move, Uber would hold around 2.98% of the Delivery Hero's new share capital. The companies are aiming to close the deal by first half of 2025.
