Off the Beaten Path: I Love Rosa

WATERFORD, N.Y. (NEWS10) - This Friday, 'News10 in Your Town' is heading to Waterford. I Love Rosa, a new restaurant, is bringing "South of the Border eats" to the Capital Region.

Luis Cruz was inspired to name the restaurant after his grandmother, who he says was one of the most giving people he knows. I Love Rosa is dedicated to giving back to charity, both locally and beyond. Cruz tells us that a portion of the proceeds will go to support charities that feed hungry children abroad, in addition to local groups.

I Love Rosa is located at 90 Broad Street in Waterford. The restaurant is open seven days a week. From guacamole to tacos, check out what the restaurant is serving up on their menu.
