Towie star Danielle Armstrong shows off her weight loss transformation in bikini top a year after welcoming second child
DANIELLE Armstrong continued to show off her dramatic weight loss, a year after welcoming her second baby.
The 36-year-old gave birth to daughter Una in July last year and today revealed her shrinking frame in a bikini top.
Former Towie star Danielle, who also shares daughter Orla, three, with husband Tom Edney, looked stunning in a green top and matching skirt.
The mum-of-two, who gained four stone during her latest pregnancy, looked slimmer than ever as she soaked up the sun.
Danielle has been keeping her fans up-to-date with her weight loss and recently shared a clip showing her posing in black underwear at nine months pregnant.
The video then cut to Danielle now, standing in matching underwear and flaunting her slimmed down figure.
She wrote: “I gained 4 stone in my first pregnancy with Orla and I gained just over 3stone with Una.
“I’m also someone that just doesn’t go back to ‘pre pregnancy jeans’ – in fact I was still wearing maternity clothes 4 months post partum.”
Danielle added: “Here I am 9 months postpartum and sharing my beautiful body and all its different stages of this journey.
“They say it takes 9 months to grow a human and to give your body at least 9 months to get back to feeling like you again.”
Fans rushed to comment on the before and after reveal, with one writing: “You look amazing!”
Another said: “Insane girl.” And a third added: “Great job!”
Danielle welcomed their second daughter into the world in July last year.
Sharing the news with fans , she said: “Orla got her wish…. IT’S A GIRL.”
Danielle was previously praised by fans for showing off her post partum body just 10 days after giving birth.

The star said she wanted to “celebrate” her post-baby body for growing a baby and undergoing a C-section.
Danielle said: “I dedicate this post to my body.
“So here I am today 10 days postpartum. I’ve been recovering after having a C – Section and wow I didn’t realise the simple things that I took for granted like getting out of bed, picking up Orla to cuddle her, bending down to pick things up and even putting on my underwear (thankfully my Tom has been amazing).
“I look at my body today and I’m celebrating what an amazing job it’s done, growing a tiny human being and going through a big operation to bring life into this world.
“I’ve also shared a video with you all to show exactly what a body looks like after pregnancy, as I think it’s important for women to see.
“Postpartum body I see you and I appreciate you.”
Shortly after giving birth, Danielle stripped to her underwear to show off her ‘real body’ nine weeks after welcoming her daughter into the world.
Danielle and husband Tommy got married in 2022 after previously being childhood sweethearts.
Dabielle cruelly mum-shamed
Danielle – who starred in Towie from 2013 until 2016 – was previously cruelly mum-shamed after sharing a sweet snap of Orla.
The proud mum couldn’t resist posting a photo of her eldest daughter on her first day of pre-school – but not all of the comments were positive.
Some fans insisted Orla was “too young” for school and claimed she should “still be in nursery”, but others leapt to Danielle’s defence and insisted she was old enough.
