Infant Seen on Floor at Taylor Swift's Paris 'Eras' Tour Show, Venue Issues Statement

Taylor Swift‘s fans are outraged at a photo that is circulating social media, showing what appears to be a baby on the stadium floor, reported to be taken at one of her Eras tour stops in Paris, France.

The 34-year-old entertainer just kicked off the European leg of her Eras tour, and concluded her Paris shows this weekend. A photo was posted to social media over the weekend of the baby on the floor with someone standing right above the child, though it’s unclear if that is their guardian.

A representative for La Défense Arena in Paris issued a statement amid fan outrage that an infant would be allowed on the ground like that.

The rep told Page Six that the “general terms and conditions of sale stipulate that all minors (without any age limit) holding a ticket for a concert at Paris La Défense arena must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18 children remain under their legal guardian responsibility, it’s venue policy. For spectators with a young child in the floor, an alternative seating arrangement has been proposed but refused by ticket holders.”
