After a dust storm struck the financial capital of India, airlines promptly issued advisories and diversion updates on Monday due to the inclement weather conditions. Mumbai experienced both a dust storm and rain showers on Monday evening. Following the initial dust storm, rainfall was reported in Thane and Navi Mumbai. Additionally, a dust storm occurred near Mantralay. Due to poor visibility caused by the weather conditions, several arrival flights into Mumbai were diverted.
