Baltimore City Public Schools saw improvement in the number of schools that scored a three-star grade or above on Maryland’s school performance rating system, according to 2022-23 data released in December. However, the district still struggles with low test scores and chronic absenteeism. Do you think Baltimore City schools are doing a good job educating kids?
