EC inquires detailed probe into ‘attack’ by YSRCP’s sitting MLA on a common voter

In the video of the incident that went viral, Mr. Sivakumar was seen slapping the voter. Reacting to that, the voter also slapped the MLA on his face. Following which, the YSRCP cadre attacked the voter.
