Mehbooba, Farooq allege ‘police harassment, detention of workers’ ahead of Srinagar polling

Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra, PDP candidate from the Srinagar seat, sought the intervention of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Union Home Ministry against officials
