Queen’s Park Women will be be officially crowned ScottishPower WPL2 Champions on Sunday as they get their hands on the trophy following their final home match of the season against Boroughmuir Thistle at New Tinto Park. Kick off 3pm.
I'm very excited to welcome you to New Tinto Park on what is a hugely significant day for us as a club. We're finally getting our hands on the SWPL2 Trophy. The players and staff have been absolutely fantastic all season and deserve every moment of the celebrations. A warm welcome to Andy Enwood, his staff and players. Boroughmuir Thistle have always proved to be difficult opponents for us, they have taken points from us this season. Thank you for your support and enjoy not only the game but the day.
Welcome to New Tinto Park for the final time this season. Today is going to be the most exciting day of the season for us all. Everyone is so looking forward to being presented with the SWPL2 Trophy. Today's game against Boroughmuir Thistle will be a tough one for us and the girls are fully aware of the challenge. We are all determined to make sure we finish the season as well as possible.
